Your project

Every project has
a starting point.

You don’t need to have all the answers to start a conversation. Let’s begin with what brought you here.

01 / PURCHASE

Buying a property

Your first home or a new address? Let’s discuss your project and the questions to clarify before moving forward.

Prepare for our first conversation

02 / RENEWAL

Planning what’s next

Is your renewal approaching? Let’s discuss your current situation, your priorities and what has changed.

My approach

Taking the time
to understand.

Your project is part of your own circumstances. This first conversation is a chance to listen, understand your priorities and answer your initial questions.

The goal is to help you see more clearly, with straightforward explanations and next steps suited to your situation.

ListeningStarting with your needs.ClarityUnderstanding as you move forward.

The process

One step at a time.

A first conversation to set the foundation. An assessment with the professional to understand what may come next.

We get to know each other.

You share the broad outline of your project, your timeline and the questions that matter to you.

We clarify your needs.

The professional works with you to determine what information is needed for the assessment and how to share it securely.

We discuss the next step.

You leave with a better understanding of the process and the steps to consider for your project.

A meeting is an initial conversation. It is not a pre-approval or a guarantee of financing.

Frequently asked questions

Before
we talk.

A few pointers for your first conversation.

Do I need to have found a property?

You can start a conversation while your project is still an idea. Share what you have in mind and the questions you would like to clarify.

What should I prepare?

The broad outline of your project, your timeline and your questions are enough to begin. The professional will then explain what information is needed for the assessment.

How should I share my documents?

Wait for the professional’s instructions and use the secure channel approved by the firm. Do not send a social insurance number, identification or financial documents through this website or social media.

How do I book a meeting?

Choose “Book a meeting” to open Théo-Gabriel’s Calendly calendar for a 30-minute Microsoft Teams meeting. Calendly opens in French and shows available times in the displayed time zone. Phone and email remain available.

How are reviews published?

Submitted reviews remain pending until reviewed. Only approved comments appear on the website. The rating does not determine access to the form. A review reflects an individual experience and does not guarantee future results.

What happens during the first call?

We discuss your project, timeline and priorities. You can ask your questions, then we outline the next steps and information needed to move forward. The meeting lasts 30 minutes on Microsoft Teams.

How are you paid?

A lender may compensate the broker, and some files may involve fees paid by the client. Before moving forward, I explain the compensation arrangement and any fees that apply to your file so you know what to expect.
