Reviews submitted by visitors
The form collects your chosen display name, rating, comment, language and permission to publish. The site also stores the reference, date and moderation status. The review form does not ask for an email address, phone number or financial document.
Publication and moderation
Reviews are saved as pending in the site’s database. Only the display name, rating, comment and date of an approved review are shown in the public list. Authorized managers can publish, hide or return a review to pending; those changes are logged.
Abuse prevention
The server validates the fields, consent and request origin. A temporary fingerprint of the network address, protected by a secret and renewed by time period, limits repeated submissions. The raw network address is not stored in the review database. Expired counters are gradually purged.
Hosting and access
Sites provides website hosting and storage. ChatGPT sign-in protects the review management area.
Your choices and requests
Publication requires your permission. To request a correction or removal, use the professional contact details on the site and your review reference. The responsible person, rights request process and final retention periods must be confirmed before public launch.
External links and booking
Phone and email links open your apps without automatically sending a message. The booking button opens Calendly in a new tab. That service handles availability and booking information under its own policies. AI note-taking is currently enabled for the Microsoft Teams meeting. No third-party calendar is automatically loaded by this website.
Sensitive documents
Do not include financial information or confidential case details in a review. Wait for the professional’s instructions and the firm’s secure channel for your documents.
Instagram videos and backgrounds
The Instagram player loads automatically when the home page opens so the video preview can appear. Instagram, a Meta service, may then receive browsing data and use its cookies. You can open the video directly on Instagram. Background selection uses the browser’s clock and temporarily stores a room identifier in session storage to keep the same setting when switching between French and English. No geolocation permission is requested. No additional analytics tool is configured for this website. Instagram’s processing is also governed by Meta’s policies.
Preparation tools
The renewal reminder is created in your browser as a calendar file. Its date is used only to create that file. The JA calculator link opens the firm’s website, which applies its own privacy policy.
